Alex Cousins

Alex Cousins has a diverse background in the real estate and education sectors, with a solid foundation in capital markets. Currently serving in a role focused on investment and advisory within EMEA Data Centre Capital Markets at CBRE, Alex has previously held various positions at JLL, starting as a Graduate Surveyor in Valuation Advisory and advancing to Senior Surveyor in Capital Markets. Additional experience includes working as an International Account Manager at Wowcher and as an English Teacher and Business Development Officer at GLS English School. Early career beginnings included a role as a Graduate Management Trainee at Enterprise Rent-A-Car. Alex holds a Master of Science (MSc) in Real Estate Development from the University of the West of England, complemented by a bachelor's degree from the University of Liverpool.
