Ben Bastian

Ben Bastian is a seasoned real estate professional serving as Vice President and Production Analyst in the Debt and Structured Finance group at CBRE since January 2012, specializing in debt and equity structuring for commercial and multifamily properties in the Minneapolis/St. Paul area. In addition to this role, Ben has been an Organizing Committee Member for OneVillage Partners since November 2015, focusing on self-sufficiency initiatives in rural Sierra Leone. Ben contributes to the University of St. Thomas as a volunteer on the Real Estate Alumni Council and previously served as a Board Member for NAIOP Minnesota. Ben's earlier experience includes roles as a Financial Analyst at Cushman & Wakefield/Northmarq and Acquisition Associate at The Geneva Organization, supplemented by an internship at the City of Minneapolis Assessor's Office. Ben holds a Bachelor of Science in Real Estate Studies from the University of St. Thomas.
