Lalit Kumar possesses extensive experience in quality assurance and quality control within the real estate and construction sectors. Currently serving as the Deputy General Manager of QA/QC at Trident Realty since September 2024, Lalit previously held the position of Assistant General Manager of QA/QC at Shapoorji Pallonji Real Estate from March 2019. Prior experience includes working as a QA/QC Manager at Emaar overseeing the Marbella Luxury Villas Project, and as an Assistant Manager of QA/QC at Larsen & Toubro Ltd, managing residential project quality standards. Lalit Kumar holds a diploma in Civil Engineering from Aryabhatt Polytechnic and a degree from the Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani.
