Beth King Forstneger

Beth King Forstneger serves as the Global Head of Client Strategy and Retention for Global Workplace Solutions at CBRE since October 2021, focusing on enhancing the business performance of enterprise clients through strategic partnerships. Prior to CBRE, Forstneger held multiple leadership roles at Cushman & Wakefield from February 2012 to October 2021, including Senior Managing Director for Integrated Portfolio Management and Senior Director for Portfolio Strategy, where significant growth and client satisfaction were achieved. Forstneger's earlier experience includes positions at Grubb & Ellis Company, FPL Associates, Opus North Corporation, and Ernst & Young, LLP, spanning strategic consulting, real estate accounting, and auditing. Academically, Forstneger holds an MBA in Real Estate Finance from DePaul University, a Leadership Certification from Yale University, and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Marquette University.
