Ellie Pickrell

Ellie Pickrell currently serves as Vice President at CBRE since August 2023, bringing a wealth of expertise in real estate management. Previously, Ellie held the role of Relationship & Portfolio Manager at RSF Social Finance from September 2021 to August 2023, and served as Senior Account Strategist at CBRE from October 2016 to April 2021, where Ellie partnered with high-growth technology firms to execute long-term global real estate strategies. Prior experience includes working as a Portfolio Management Officer at Bank of America Merrill Lynch, overseeing a $350M real estate portfolio, and as a Project Manager at AEI Consultants, conducting environmental assessments. Ellie began their career as a Permaculture Intern at Hale Akua Garden Farm. Ellie holds an MBA in Agroecology and Sustainable Agriculture from the University of California, Berkeley, and a Bachelor of Arts in Environmental Science from Claremont McKenna College.
