Henry Joseph

Henry Joseph, MAI, is a seasoned professional in the valuation and advisory field, currently serving as Managing Director for CBRE Valuation & Advisory Services Group’s South-Central Region since December 2017. In this role, Henry Joseph focuses on servicing existing client accounts, capturing new market share, and enhancing capacity through professional development within the region. Prior to joining CBRE, Henry Joseph held the position of Senior Valuation and Investment Associate at AIG, managing a multi-billion dollar asset portfolio. Henry Joseph also worked with JPMorgan Chase & Co. in the Appraisal Services Group, handling appraisals for various property types, and spent over a decade as Director at RERC, overseeing independent third-party appraisal reviews. Henry Joseph earned a BBA in Finance from the University of Houston-Downtown.
