Kyle Rothwell

Kyle Rothwell is an experienced executive in the real estate sector, currently serving as Executive Director of Capital Markets at CBRE since November 2014. Prior to this role, Kyle held the position of Senior Director at Key Capital from November 2010 to November 2014, where responsibilities included advising clients on real estate capital raising and restructuring solutions. Kyle's career in property began at CBRE in June 2006 as a Graduate Surveyor, achieving Chartered Surveyor status in 2009 and gaining expertise in professional services, valuations, and agency. Kyle holds a BSc (Hons) in Property Economics from Technological University Dublin, completed in 2006.
