Lauren Rafter

Lauren Rafter, SHRM-SCP, currently serves as Vice President of People for Corporate Functions at CBRE, having previously held the role of Senior Director for Global Finance, Corporate Development, and Transformation. Prior to CBRE, Lauren was Vice President of Human Resources at Pediatric Therapy Holdings, Inc., where leadership involved overseeing talent acquisition and retention for 32 outpatient locations. Lauren's extensive experience includes roles such as Associate Corporate Director of Human Resources at UHS, Director of HR Business Partner at AmerisourceBergen, and Global HR Business Partner at Avantor. Beginning a career in human resources at Cancer Treatment Centers of America, Lauren has cultivated significant expertise in HR operations, employee engagement, and organizational development. Lauren holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communications and Psychology from the University of Delaware.
