Piers Wates

Piers Wates currently serves as Senior Vice President in Advisory & Transaction Services at CBRE, having joined the company in December 2021 after a tenure as First Vice President in the same division. Prior to CBRE, Piers Wates worked at Cushman & Wakefield as a Tenant Representative from March 2018 to December 2021. Earlier experiences include a role as Deckhand at Leopard3, where Piers Wates participated in high-profile yacht racing events, and a Construction Project Manager Intern position at Wates Group, contributing to the Victoria & Albert Museum project. Piers Wates also gained experience as an intern at The Beck Group, supporting the use of BIM technology for future project profiles. Piers Wates holds a Master of Arts in Geography from The University of Edinburgh, obtained in 2016, and graduated from Marlborough College in 2012.
