Rick Donahue

Rick Donahue, MAI, is currently serving as First Vice President at CBRE since March 2023. With extensive experience in the appraisal industry, Donahue has held prominent positions including Executive Director at Cushman & Wakefield and Director of Valuation Services at Overland, Pacific & Cutler. As a long-standing member of the Appraisal Institute since 1984, Donahue has also served as Past President, National Board Member, and Regional Chair. Additional leadership roles include Managing Director at Grubb & Ellis / Landauer and Principal at several firms including Integra Realty Resources - Orange County and Schmitz, Riach & Donahue. Donahue is also recognized for contributions as a Board Member and former Board Chair of the YMCA of Orange County. Academic credentials include a Bachelor of Arts in History from California State Polytechnic University-Pomona, obtained between 1973 and 1976.
