Ruth Y. Park

Ruth Y. Park is a seasoned professional in the architecture and property assessment industry, currently serving as Senior Director of Facility Condition Assessments at CBRE since March 2018. Previously, Ruth held the position of Regional Manager for the Pacific Region at Partner Engineering & Science, Inc. from September 2014 to February 2018, and worked as a Project Coordinator at Marx/Okubo from August 2012 to August 2014. Earlier experience includes roles such as Junior Architect at Grant Price Architects, Inc. and Michael Maltzan Architecture, Inc., as well as Intern Architect positions at Lindley Architecture and Development and A2RCI Architects. Ruth holds a Master’s degree in Architecture from SCI-Arc and a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Interior Design from James Madison University, in addition to completing study programs in Japan and Switzerland.
