Spencer Levy

Spencer Levy is a prominent figure in the commercial real estate industry, currently serving as the Global Client Strategist and Senior Economic Advisor at CBRE since 2007. Levy also holds the position of Chairman of Americas Research and is a chief spokesman on real estate matters for CBRE in the Americas. As former Americas Head of Research, Levy played a crucial role in developing and implementing CBRE's global research strategy. Prior to joining CBRE, Levy was a Principal in Investment Banking focusing on Real Estate Finance at Stifel Financial/Legg Mason and served as Associate General Counsel at The Witkoff Group. Levy earned a JD from Harvard Law School and a degree in Labor and Industrial Relations from Cornell University.
