Tricia Shay

Tricia Shay is the Senior Managing Director at CBRE Group. Tricia has over 25 years of experience in the real estate and facility management industry. Prior to joining CBRE, Tricia was the VP of Real Estate & Field Operations at Weight Watchers International where they were responsible for the company's real estate portfolio throughout North America. Tricia also oversaw process development for all real estate related activities, including facility management and standard design processes. In 2013, they added Field Operations responsibility for the eastern half of the US, which included managing staff, key metrics, and strategic initiatives.

Before Weight Watchers, Tricia worked for Johnson Controls, Inc as the Vice President and General Manager from 2004-2009. In this role, they were responsible for leading a team of managers and sales professionals in the execution of business plans to grow market share and profitability. Tricia also managed P&L statements, developed new business opportunities, and negotiated key customer contracts.

From 1995-2004, Tricia was the Vice President and Managing Director at USI Real Estate Brokerage Services. In this role, they were responsible for all aspects of the real estate brokerage business, including sales, leasing, property management, and construction. Tricia also successfully negotiated numerous complex real estate transactions.
