Troy Heerwagen

Troy Heerwagen is a seasoned program manager with extensive experience in data integrity and governance, primarily within the real estate and workplace services sector for Google. Currently serving as a Senior Program Manager at CBRE since January 2022, Troy leads a team focused on enhancing the consistency, accuracy, and accessibility of Google’s real estate data. Previously, in a similar role at Buildingi from 2015 to 2021, Troy managed the growth of a consulting team and significantly increased contract value, all while implementing key initiatives to improve the return-to-office process. Troy's earlier career includes project and program management roles at McKinstry, Flowserve, and Lockheed Martin, where Troy demonstrated expertise in technology project management, financial oversight, and process improvement. Troy holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Southern Methodist University.
