William Hammond

William Hammond is a seasoned facility management professional with extensive experience in operations and account management. Currently serving as the Sr. Account Operation Manager at CBRE since January 2022, William previously held a role as Regional Manager for the Humana account, managing facility operations since February 2018. From January 2019 to February 2022, William was the Sr. FM Delivery Manager for the CBRE-UPS account, overseeing facility maintenance services across multiple states, while also ensuring contract execution and profitability objectives. Prior to that, from July 2013 to February 2016, William served as the Area Service Delivery Manager for the Ohio River Region at CBRE GWS, focusing on the Humana Waterside site in Louisville, Kentucky. William holds an education from Sullivan University, completing studies between 2002 and 2004.
