Daniel Shannon is an experienced executive in the real estate sector, currently serving as Executive Director and Head of Advisory & Transaction Services for Office Occupier at CBRE Ireland since September 2022. In this role, Daniel leads Tenant Representation and Flex service lines, delivering high-quality services to occupier clients, including notable companies such as TikTok and Yahoo!. Prior to this position, Daniel held various roles at Knight Frank Ireland, where responsibilities included directorship in Tenant Representation and representation for diverse client transactions. With a robust background that spans several senior roles at CBRE and Knight Frank, as well as earlier experience in property management and corporate operations, Daniel possesses deep expertise in real estate advisory and transaction services. Daniel holds a BSc. Hons. in Property Studies from the Galway-Mayo Institute of Technology.
