Charnwit Pasuwat

Charnwit Pasuwat has a total of 18 years of work experience. Charnwit worked at CBRE Thailand from May 2005 to January 2010 as a Manager, and from January 2010 to April 2019 as an Associate Director and then as a Director - Development Consultancy. Their responsibilities included providing development consultancy services, managing the CRM system for residential sales and leasing departments, and identifying strategies to maximize marketability and profits for developers and investors. Charnwit started their career at TSC Design as a Facilities Manager from August 2002 to March 2005, where they oversaw space management and developed and conducted training on the company's facility management system.

Charnwit Pasuwat earned a Bachelor's degree in Architecture from King Mongkut's Institute of Technology Ladkrabang, which they completed between 1992 and 1997. Following this, they pursued further education and obtained a Master's degree in Facilities Planning and Management from Cornell University, from 2000 to 2002. In 2003 and 2004, Charnwit Pasuwat attended New York University, where they obtained a Certificate in Real Estate Finance and Investment.
