Chris Mann Mrics

Chris Mann MRICS is a seasoned professional in the field of building consultancy, currently serving as a Director at both Turner & Townsend since January 2025 and CBRE UK since April 2022. Prior experience includes Director of Project & Building Consultancy at Landwood Group from September 2020 to April 2022, along with a significant tenure at Malcolm Hollis from July 2008 to September 2020, where Chris advanced from Senior Associate to Associate. Chris began the career as a Trainee Building Surveyor at Lambert Smith Hampton from July 2006 to July 2007 and holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Building Surveying from Sheffield Hallam University, achieved between 2004 and 2008.
