Martin Supple

Martin Supple has extensive experience in the retail sector, specializing in out-of-town retail markets. Currently, Martin serves as the Executive Director and UK Head of Out of Town Retail at CBRE UK. Previously, Martin held prominent roles at Cushman & Wakefield as an International Partner, where responsibilities included Joint Head of EMEA Out of Town Retail and Head of UK Out of Town Retail. Earlier in the career, Martin was the Executive Director at Savills, leading the UK Out of Town Retail division, and was a Salaried Partner at FULLER PEISER, focusing on development agency. Additionally, Martin gained experience in planning and development consultancy at Anthony Bowhill & Associates. Martin holds a BSc Hons in Town Planning from Birmingham City University, completed in 1987, after attending Harrogate High School from 1976 to 1983.
