Chandra Dhandapani

Chief Transformation Officer, CBRE & COO, Global Workplace Solutions at CBRE|ESI

Chandra Dhandapani is currently the Chief Transformation Officer for CBRE and the COO for Global Workplace Solutions at CBRE|ESI. Prior to this, Dhandapani served as the SVP/CIO and Digital Transformation Leader for the Financial Services Division at Capital One from December 1998 to July 2016. In this role, Dhandapani was responsible for leading the digital transformation for the entire division across all functions, including marketing, operations, and technology. Additionally, Dhandapani oversaw the development of Capital One's Digital Acceleration/Innovation center, which included best-in-class software engineers, product managers, and designers, as well as a world-class 'user experience lab.'

Dhandapani was also responsible for driving next-generation data transformation, which included talent transformation, futuristic analytical capabilities and tools, as well as creating open source 'fast data' infrastructure. Throughout their career, Dhandapani has been a passionate advocate of the power of collaboration and integrated, cross-functional product development delivered to market in an agile, iterative fashion.

Chandra Dhandapani has a MBA in Information Technology from The University of Texas at Arlington and another MBA in Marketing, Finance from IRMA.
