Emma Giamartino

Emma Giamartino is the Global Group President, CFO & Chief Investment Officer at CBRE|ESI. Emma has over fifteen years of experience in the financial services industry. Prior to their current role, Emma served as a Board Member for CBRE Acquisition Holdings, where they were responsible for corporate development, M&A, and investments. Emma has also held positions at Verizon and Nomura, where they worked in investment banking. Emma began their career at Assured Guaranty, where they were an associate.

Emma Giamartino has a Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng.) in Electrical Engineering from Duke University, a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance from Columbia Business School, and a High School Diploma from The Pingry School.

Emma Giamartino reports to Bob Sulentic, President & CEO. They are on a team with Chandra Dhandapani - Chief Transformation Officer, CBRE & COO, Global Workplace Solutions, Chris Kirk - Global COO & Global COO, Advisory Services, and Laurence Midler - EVP, General Counsel and Chief Risk Officer.
