Alex Crossing

Alex Crossing has over 20 years of work experience in the real estate industry. They have held various roles at CBRE Global Investors, CBRE Asia Pacific, AMP Capital Investors, and Tourism Asset Holdings Limited. At CBRE Global Investors, they served as the Region Head Asia Pacific and Head of GIP Fund Investments - Pacific, responsible for making and managing real estate fund investments in Australia and New Zealand. They were also a Director and Senior Portfolio Manager at CBRE Global Investment Partners, where they focused on building client investment portfolios in farmland and leading ESG in the Asia Pacific region. Prior to CBRE Global Investors, they worked as a Director at CBRE Asia Pacific and as a Property Manager at AMP Capital Investors. They started their career as an Assistant Property Manager/Portfolio Analyst at Tourism Asset Holdings Limited.

Alex Crossing has a diverse education history. In 1993, they attended the University of Sydney, although the field of study and degree obtained for that period are unknown. From 1994 to 1996, Alex pursued a Bachelor of Business degree at the University of Technology Sydney.

In 1999, they furthered their education by completing a Graduate Diploma in Applied Finance and Investment from the Securities Institute of Australia.

Continuing their professional development, Alex enrolled in the Responsible Investment Academy from 2013 to 2014, where they obtained the degree of Responsible Investment Essentials.

In order to enhance their skills in corporate governance, Alex completed the Graduate (GAICD) program at the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

Additionally, Alex gained a certification as a Committee Member with the Property Council of Australia in January 2023.
