Bernie McNamara

Bernie McNamara is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in investment management and client solutions. Currently serving as the Head of Client Solutions at CBRE Investment Management since September 2018, Bernie has previously held prominent roles at J.P. Morgan Asset Management, including Head of Alternatives Investment Strategy and Solutions and Co-Founder of the firm's dedicated investment solutions group. As a Co-Founder and Managing Partner at Beacon Real Estate Ventures, Bernie specialized in multi-family residential housing. Bernie co-founded and led business development at Upromise Investments, significantly growing the enterprise in 529 college savings solutions. Early career experiences include product development roles at Merrill Lynch and Fidelity Investments in the same sector, and a research associate position at Greenwich Associates. Bernie holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BA in English from Harvard University.
