David Horvath

David Horvath is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in the real estate investment sector. Currently serving as Director of Logistics Transactions for EMEA at CBRE Investment Management since October 2015, David is responsible for deal sourcing, underwriting, and structuring across Continental Europe. Prior to this role, David held positions including European Transaction Manager and Investment Analyst at CBRE, as well as serving as a Summer Analyst in Capital Markets at Morgan Stanley. David's educational background includes a Master of Science in Finance and Investments from the Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University, and a Bachelor's degree in International Business from Budapest University of Technology and Economics.
