Joel Dayton

Joel Dayton has work experience as an Analyst at CBRE Investment Management since September 2022. Prior to that, they worked as a Research Analyst at CBRE from July 2021 to August 2022. Before their time at CBRE, Joel worked at Hanover Research where they held the positions of Senior Associate from October 2020 to July 2021 and Associate from August 2019 to October 2020.

Joel Dayton completed their Bachelor's degree in Economics at Michigan State University from 2016 to 2019. Furthermore, they obtained two additional certifications: the ARGUS Enterprise Certification from ARGUS Software Solutions in August 2022, and the REFAI Certification, With Distinction from Real Estate Financial Modeling in March 2021.
