Kim Hourihan

Kim Hourihan is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in real estate investment management. Currently serving as the Global Chief Investment Officer at CBRE Investment Management, Kim has previously held the role of Chief Investment Officer for CBRE Real Estate Investments and Chief Investment Officer for Americas Direct Real Estate Strategies and Fund Manager. Kim's leadership experience extends to positions such as Senior Vice President at Starwood Capital Group and Senior Vice President at George Town Holdings Bhd, as well as Partner and Regional Director at TA Associates Realty. Kim holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Boston College and an MBA from Harvard Business School, where studies were completed from 1994 to 1996.
