Maria Elia

Maria Elia's work experience includes a role as Investment Director at CBRE Investment Management since 2022. In this position, they are responsible for formulating the company's development strategy and planning, project management, funds management, and marketing.

Prior to that, Maria was the Deputy Regional Director at CBRE Finland from 2013 to 2021. At CBRE Finland, they held the role of Account Manager at YIT - Urban developer and construction company from 2010 to 2013, where they focused on leasing and marketing of new office premises in the Helsinki metropolitan area. Maria'sresponsibilities included anchor tenant negotiations and active participation in the planning and construction process for customers' new premises.

Maria also had experience as the International Relations Manager at Tuloskiinteistöt from 2009 to 2010, where they mainly focused on Cushman & Wakefield and assisted international clients with their real estate needs in the Finnish market. Prior to that, they were an Investment Manager at Elina Pankkiiriliike Oy in 2009.

Maria Elia completed their Master's degree in International Finance from the University of Helsinki. Maria began their studies in 2003 and successfully completed them in 2009.
