Rens Verbeek

Rens Verbeek has a diverse work experience in the real estate industry. From January 2019 to August 2020, they worked as a working student and intern at Savills, gaining valuable experience in valuation. In January 2021, they joined Round Hill Capital as a working student in asset management, where they worked until July 2021. Currently, they are working at CBRE Investment Management, starting as an Investment Analyst in August 2021 and then being promoted to Senior Investment Analyst in March 2023, focusing on the Continental Europe market.

Rens Verbeek completed a Bachelor's degree in Economics & Business from the University of Amsterdam from 2015 to 2018. In 2018, they participated in the Global Exchange Programme at The University of Hong Kong, focusing on Economics & Finance. Following this, from 2019 to 2020, Rens pursued a Master's degree in Finance at the University of Amsterdam. Continuing their education, they completed a second Master's degree in Spatial Economics at Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam (VU Amsterdam) from 2020 to 2021.

In addition to their formal education, Rens Verbeek obtained several certifications. In January 2022, they completed the Real Estate Analyst Course (Financial Modeling in Excel) at Bayfield Training. Rens further enhanced their skills by completing the Advanced Real Estate Analyst Course (Financial Modeling in Excel) at the same institution in October 2022. Additionally, in May 2022, Rens obtained a certification in the INREV - Nine Pillars of Real Estate Best Practice 2022 course offered by INREV.
