Ronald Gordijn has extensive work experience in finance and accounting roles. Ronald started their career in 1996 as the Head of Accounting Department at IT Business Group BV, where they were responsible for consolidation and financial reporting. Ronald then worked at ING Real Estate as an Interim Associate in Management Accounting and Process Management roles. In 2006, they joined ING Real Estate Investment Management as an Interim Associate in Management Accounting Global. From 2008 to 2016, they worked at CBRE Investment Management EMEA, where they held various positions including Manager Control & Reporting and CFO of CBRE Dutch Residential Fund. Since 2017, they have been the CFO of CBRE Dutch Funds & European Residential Impact Fund, as well as the Country CFO of CBRE Global Investors NL.

Ronald Gordijn has a diverse education history. In 1997, they obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree from SPD. Ronald then pursued further education and received their Certified Management Accountant (CMA) certification from Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam (VU Amsterdam) in 2013. In 2014, Ronald obtained another certification, the Catalyst programme, from Hult Ashridge. More recently, in 2018, they obtained the Certified in Strategy and Competitive Analysis (CSCA) certification from the Institute of Management Accountants.
