Sander Tims

Sander Tims has extensive work experience in finance and accounting. Sander began their career at Deloitte in 1999 as an Accountant and worked there until 2006. In 2006, they joined ING Real Estate Investment Management as a Controller and held that position until 2011. Sander then moved to CBRE Investment Management, where they took on multiple roles including Controller, Financial Manager for Separate Accounts, and eventually CFO European Property Strategy. Sander has been with CBRE Investment Management since 2006.

Sander Tims attended Nyenrode Business University from 1999 to 2001, where they studied Accountancy. Sander then pursued a degree in Economics at Rotterdam University of Applied Sciences from 1995 to 1999. In 2012, Sander enrolled in a Masterclass Real Estate program, which they completed in 2021.
