Sylvia Pan

Sylvia (Shi-Yu) Pan has a diverse work experience. Sylvia (Shi-Yu) started as a Research Assistant Intern at CVCapital in 2016. Sylvia (Shi-Yu) then worked as an Analyst and later as a Senior Analyst at Adfaith Management Consulting Inc. from 2017 to 2020. In 2021, they served as an Investment Banking Intern at GF Securities. Sylvia (Shi-Yu) then transitioned to Dayone Capital in 2022, where they worked as an Investment Research Analyst. In 2023, they joined JD.COM as a Senior Analyst, before moving to their current role as a Senior Analyst at CBRE Investment Management.

Sylvia (Shi-Yu) Pan holds a Bachelor's degree in Management Science from Renmin University of China, which they obtained from 2013 to 2017. Sylvia (Shi-Yu) then pursued a Master's degree in Real Estate at Cornell University from 2020 to 2022. During their time at Cornell, they also served as a Graduate Research and Teaching Assistant for the course HADM 4200/6200 Principle of Real Estate. In terms of certifications, Sylvia has obtained the SIE certification from FINRA in July 2022. Sylvia (Shi-Yu) is also pursuing the CFA Level 1 certification and holds the Certification of China Banking Professional from the China Banking Association (CBA). Additionally, they have obtained The Security Qualification Certificate from the SECURITIES ASSOCIATION OF CHINA (SAC).
