Nataša Dobre

Nataša Dobre is an experienced HR professional currently serving as HR Director at CBS International Serbia since April 2024. Previously, Nataša held the position of Head of HR, CRM & Customer Operations at Belgrade Waterfront, where responsibilities included leading organizational development and nurturing a high-performance corporate environment. Nataša also served as HR Director at Vip mobile, where the role encompassed establishing HR functions in both startup and mature phases, alongside coordinating the Strategy Committee. Earlier experience includes serving as Head of HR at Hemofarm, where Nataša managed HR policies across multiple subsidiaries, and as a Career Guidance Expert at the National Employment Agency, focusing on career guidance initiatives. Nataša began a career in HR as a Personnel Manager at Mobtel, managing recruitment processes. Nataša holds a Master of Science in Psychology from the University of Belgrade and completed coaching education at Erickson Coaching International.
