Valerie Koonce

Valerie Koonce currently serves as Vice President and General Manager at CBS 2 Boise since October 2022. Prior to this role, Koonce held various positions at Sinclair Broadcast Group from July 2014 to October 2022, including Market Manager and Sales Manager. Koonce's career in the broadcasting industry began at Neuhoff Communications as Director of Sales from January 2013 to July 2014, and continued as Local Sales Manager at ABC4/CW30 Newport Television from April 2009 to January 2013. Earlier experience includes a role as Senior Account Executive at KSTU Fox13 from February 2007 to April 2009, and Account Executive at KUTV CBS from April 2000 to February 2007. Koonce holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Modern Dance from the University of Utah.
