Lee-Jae (Jack) Guo, DVM, MS, PhD has extensive work experience in the field of veterinary medicine and preclinical research. Lee-Jae (Jack) currently serves as a Study Director/Scientist I at CBSET, where they lead and performs GLP and non-GLP large animal preclinical studies for medical device developments. Previously, they worked as a Postdoctoral Research Associate at Texas A&M University and as a Fellow/PhD Candidate at the Texas A&M Institute for Preclinical Studies (TIPS), where they conducted preclinical studies on cardiovascular devices, cardiac surgery, and animal models of human cardiovascular diseases. Lee-Jae (Jack) also worked as a Clinical Veterinarian at the Heart Science & Medical Devices Research Center, National Cheng Kung University (NCKU), and as a Veterinarian/Small Animal Clinician at National Chung Hsing University.

Lee-Jae (Jack) Guo, DVM, MS, PhD has an extensive education history that includes degrees in various fields of study. Lee-Jae (Jack) obtained their Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Biomedical Sciences from Texas A&M University, where they studied from 2012 to 2019. Prior to that, they earned their Master of Veterinary Clinical Medicine in Small Animal Cardiology and Internal Medicine from National Chung Hsing University, graduating in 2008. Lee-Jae (Jack) also holds a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (D.V.M.) from the same university, which they completed in 2006.

In addition to their degrees, Lee-Jae (Jack) Guo has acquired several certifications. Lee-Jae (Jack) holds a Massachusetts State Veterinary Medicine License, obtained from the Board of Registration in Veterinary Medicine in MA in September 2021. Lee-Jae (Jack) also has an Educational Commission for Foreign Veterinary Graduates (ECFVG) Certification, obtained in August 2021 from the United States. Furthermore, they have successfully completed the North American Veterinary Licensing Examination (NAVLE) in April 2019. Lastly, they obtained their National Veterinary Licensure in Taiwan (D.V.M.) in July 2006 from Taiwan.
