Karen Redding

Karen Redding is an experienced educator and public servant with a diverse background in academia and legal advocacy. Currently serving as an Adjunct Professor at Miami Dade College and a Notary Public with the National Notary Association, Redding has also held positions as a Professor at the College of Business and Technology and as a Compliance Officer at Florida Career College. With a notable history as a Court Appointed Guardian ad Litem for the Miami Dade County Eleventh Judicial Circuit Court, Redding demonstrates a strong commitment to the welfare of children in the legal system. Redding holds a Ph.D. in Public Policy and Administration/Criminal Justice from Walden University, along with a Master's in Criminal Justice and a Bachelor's in Paralegal Studies. Redding’s educational philosophy emphasizes meeting diverse learner needs, fostering student engagement, and maintaining a professional learning environment.
