Luis Roqueta is an experienced educator with a focus on anatomy and physiology, currently serving as an Adjunct Instructor at the University of New England since September 2018. Additionally, Luis holds positions as an Adjunct Faculty Instructor at MDC and Adjunct Instructor at CBT College, both starting in August and November 2018, respectively. Luis also functions as an Online Adjunct Instructor at Keiser University-Ft Lauderdale since September 2016. Academically, Luis earned a Doctor of Medicine degree from ISCMVC between 1977 and 1983, followed by a Master of Business Administration in Leadership from Keiser University from 2014 to 2015, and a Doctorate in Business Administration from Keiser University from 2017 to 2019.

CBT Technology Institute is an academic and career educational institution based in Miami, Florida and operates three campuses in the greater Miami-Dade area, including in the Flagler area of the city, Cutler Bay and Hialeah. CBT is certified by the U.S. Department of Education, licensed by the Commission for Independent Education (CIE), and under the regulation of the Florida's Statewide Numbering System. CBT Technology Institute was founded in 1988 by Fernando and Gladys Llerena with the mission to prepare and graduate students with the highest moral, technical and professional excellence who will build a better life for themselves, their families and their community.
