Nelson Funes

Nelson Funes is an experienced academic and industry professional with a diverse background in economics and logistics. Currently serving as an Adjunct Faculty at the College of Business and Technology since July 2014 and as a Professor of Economics at Innova College since November 2012, Funes specializes in teaching macro and microeconomic principles, focusing on student engagement through data analysis and practical activities. Funes has extensive experience in the transportation sector, holding roles such as Senior Cargo Planner at Seaboard Marine and Terminal Manager at Trimac Transportation, demonstrating a strong ability in logistics management and operational efficiency. Funes holds a PhD in Public Administration from Walden University and a Master's degree in Economics from California State Polytechnic University-Pomona.
