Amanda Feucht

Amanda Feucht has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Amanda started their career as an intern at the Kenton County Police Department in 2011. Amanda then worked as a Medical Receptionist at Commonwealth Orthopaedic Centers from 2014 to 2015. Amanda then joined the Kenton County Justice Center, where they served as a Deputy Clerk in the Family Court and later took on the role of Assistant Supervisor in the Family Court. Amanda also worked as a Supervisor in the District Civil division and a Deputy Clerk in the District Criminal division at the same organization. After that, Amanda worked at STACK Construction Technologies, initially as an Administrative Assistant and later as a Marketing Communications Specialist. Their most recent experience is at CBTS, where they started as a Salesforce Support Specialist before transitioning to the role of Business Analyst and Project Manager. Currently, Amanda holds the position of Lead Analyst/Sr. Project Manager at CBTS.

Amanda Feucht obtained their Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice from Northern Kentucky University between the years 2010 and 2014. Prior to that, they completed their high school education at Simon Kenton High School and obtained a diploma in 2010. In terms of additional certifications, in 2018 they obtained the Inbound Certification, Inbound Marketing Certification, and Email Marketing Certification from HubSpot Academy. In 2019, they received the Salesforce Certified Administrator certification from Salesforce. Amanda also obtained various certifications from LinkedIn, including Communicating with Confidence, Digital Body Language, Learning Data Analytics, Learning Excel 2016, Grammar Girl's Quick and Dirty Tips for Better Writing, Writing in Plain Language, Tips for Better Business Writing, and Tips for Writing Business Emails between the years 2020 and 2021. Most recently, in 2022, they acquired the Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator (SCAA) certification from Salesforce.
