Calen Frazer

Calen Frazer is a VoIP Communication Engineer currently working at CBTS since August 2023, specializing in VoIP, NaaS, and SDWAN support for a large IT solutions provider. Previously, Calen served as a Tier III Technical Support analyst in the Network Operations Center at SageNet from July 2018 to August 2023, addressing IT-related issues for customers ranging from small home offices to large enterprises with over 1,000 sites. Calen began the career in technical support at SageNet, progressing through Tier II and Tier I roles. Educationally, Calen holds a degree as a Cisco Network Associate from Tulsa Technology Center, completed in May 2018.
