Juan Cardona has a diverse education history. Juan attended the University of Connecticut from 1991 to 1997, where they obtained a BA degree in Fine Arts with a focus on Classical Organ Performance. In 1999 to 2001, Juan attended New Horizons Computer Learning Center, where they obtained the MCSE certification in Computer Systems Networking and Telecommunications.

In terms of professional certifications, Juan became certified as an MCP+MCSE by Microsoft in January 1998. Later, in September 2018, they obtained the Cisco Certified Network Associate and Cisco Certified Network Associate Wireless certifications from Cisco. Most recently, in April 2019, Juan received the Ekahau Certified Survey Engineer certification from Ekahau.

Before attending the University of Connecticut and obtaining their BA degree, Juan completed their high school education at Newtown High School, where they did not earn a specific degree or have a declared field of study.
