Mark Clifford's work experience began in 1986 at Ohio Bell Telephone, where they worked in the Treasury Department, overseeing short term cash reserves and managing financial reports. In 1990, they moved to Cincinnati Bell, starting as an Inside Sales Account Representative and eventually becoming an Account Executive, Associate Account Executive, and Senior Equipment Specialist. Mark achieved impressive sales results and led one of the largest VoIP deployments at the time for Avaya. In 2003, Mark joined CBTS, first as a Sales Manager and later as a Director in various roles, including Technical Sales and Operations. Mark ensured high levels of customer care and utilized ITIL standards for incident management. Mark also played a key role in regional growth and was an early adapter of SalesForce.com as a CRM tool. Mark Clifford's most recent work experience is as an IT Network Services Manager at UC Health, starting in 2019.
Mark Clifford completed their education with a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Geology from The Ohio State University between 1980 and 1984. Mark then pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus on Finance at Ohio University from 1984 to 1986.
