Reza Taheri

Reza Taheri has a strong background in enterprise solution architecture and information technology solutions architecture. Reza currently holds the position of Enterprise Solution Architect at CBTS since May 2023. Prior to this, they worked as an Enterprise Solutions Architect at OnX Canada starting from April 2021. Before joining OnX Canada, Reza worked as an Information Technology Solutions Architect at Wireless Netware Technology from March 2019 to April 2021. Reza began their career at Vage ITC as a Senior System Engineer in November 2000, where they remained until December 2018.

Reza Taheri has a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Guilan University, which they obtained from 1993 to 1999. In addition to their degree, they have obtained various certifications throughout their career. In 2000, they received the MCSA certification from Microsoft. In 2003, they obtained the CCNA certification from Cisco. In 2004, they earned three certifications from Cisco, namely Cisco Certified Networking Professional - Enterprise, Cisco Certified Specialist - Enterprise Advanced Infrastructure Implementation, and Cisco Certified Specialist - Enterprise Core. Reza continued to expand their knowledge and skills by obtaining several certifications in recent years. In 2016, they became a VMware Certified Professional 6 - Data Center Virtualization. In 2018, they earned the Double VCP - Data Center Virtualization & Network Virtualization certification from VMware, as well as the VMware Certified Professional 6 - Network Virtualization certification. In 2020, Reza obtained the Amazon Web Services Cloud Practitioner certification from Amazon, as well as the Understanding of Cisco Network Devices certification from Cisco. Reza also achieved the Associate Cloud Engineer certification from Google Cloud and the Professional Cloud Network Engineer certification from Google Cloud in 2020. Most recently, in 2022, Reza acquired the Aruba Certified Switching Associate (ACSA) certification from Hewlett Packard Enterprise, as well as the Multi-Cloud Management Trained Professional certification from VMware.
