Sarah N. has over 19 years of work experience. Sarah started their career in 2004 at Cincinnati Bell as a Lead Business Analyst/Sr. Project Manager, where they worked until August 2019. In August 2019, they transitioned to the role of TL - Technical Architect at Cincinnati Bell and remained in that position until January 2023. In January 2023, Sarah joined CBTS as the Director of IT.

Sarah N. completed their Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) degree in Psychology from the University of Cincinnati, graduating in the year 2000. In addition to their degree, they have obtained two additional certifications. In April 2016, they became ITIL Foundations certified, and in May 2018, they achieved the Salesforce Administrator certification.
