Todd Eaton

Todd Eaton has a diverse work experience in the field of systems engineering and consulting. Todd started their career in 2002 as a Systems Engineer at Robert Half, where they provided support for the BankOne Windows Midrange server production team. Todd also gained extensive experience in security vulnerability remediation during this time.

In 2002, Todd joined JPMorgan Chase & Co. as an Associate/Open Systems Engineer II. Todd led the Messaging and Collaboration Operations and Architecture team, expanding their support from 150 to over 800 Windows servers. Todd significantly reduced server downtime through the implementation of Service Level Agreements, change management processes, and virtualization.

Todd returned to Robert Half in 2008 as a Consultant/Senior Systems Engineer, maintaining and upgrading infrastructure, application, and file servers for a global operation. Todd supported various server applications, including Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange, and VMware ESX.

From 2009 to 2011, Todd worked as a Consultant/Systems Engineer at Kforce Inc. Todd configured and deployed Windows servers globally, supporting multiple high-visibility projects for JPMorgan Chase's Core Infrastructure Services. Todd also trained new team members and mentored existing staff.

Todd continued their consulting career at Experis in 2012 as a Consultant/Systems Engineer. Todd automated the Windows Server Build process at JPMorgan Chase Mortgage Bank using Microsoft PowerShell, reducing build time by 2000+ hours. Todd also coordinated application deployments for mission-critical banking applications.

At JPMorgan Chase & Co., Todd held the role of Associate/Systems Engineer from 2013 to 2015. Todd co-led the GTI-IPD Windows Server build automation team, reducing server deployment times and improving build consistency. Todd also led the Windows Server build technical documentation team.

In 2015, Todd had a brief stint as a Consultant/Systems Engineer at Experis and then worked independently as a Consultant/Systems Engineer before joining Veredus, a Hays Company, in 2016. Todd served as a Continuous Delivery Admin and consultant during their time at Veredus.

Currently, Todd is a Systems Engineer II at CBTS, where they continue to contribute their expertise in systems engineering.

Todd Eaton attended Stautzenberger College from 1992 to 1994, where they studied Network Technologies. Todd obtained a certification in Amazon Web Services Solutions Architect Associate from Amazon Web Services (AWS) in February 2020.
