Zachary Swank

Zachary Swank has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Zachary is currently working as a System Engineer at CBTS since July 2021. Prior to this, they worked at NTT DATA Services as a Senior Storage Administrator from September 2019 to December 2020, and as a Storage Administrator from October 2016 to September 2019. In these roles, Zachary was responsible for providing SAN related equipment onsite support in the MedStar healthcare system infrastructure, collaborating with storage vendors and other infrastructure groups, and performing troubleshooting and on-call support.

Before joining NTT DATA Services, Zachary worked at Dell as a Project Team Lead & Corporate Technical Lead from June 2012 to October 2016. In this role, they provided integration migration support for MedStar Health hospitals, collaborated with project managers and outside vendors, and delivered customer support for daily and escalated issues for the corporate office.

Prior to Dell, Zachary worked at Synergy Services as a Windows Team Manager in 2011, and at Red Rover Technologies as a Lead On-Site Technician from 2008 to 2012.

Zachary Swank attended the University of Maryland Global Campus from 2018 to 2020, where they pursued a degree in Computer Science. Zachary obtained additional certifications during their education, including the VMware Certified Professional - Data Center Virtualization (VCP-DCV) from VMware in March 2021 and the DEA-1TT4: Information Storage and Management V4 from Dell Technologies in October 2020.
