Annalynn O'Sullivan

Annalynn O'Sullivan has extensive work experience in the insurance and superannuation industry. Annalynn began their career at Superpartners in 2005, where they worked in various roles including Claims Consultant, Claims Senior, Complaints Manager, and Claims Team Leader. In 2009, they joined Cbus Super Fund as the Innovation and Implementation Lead, overseeing insurance and complaints. Over the years, they took on positions such as Stream Lead for Death/TIB claims and Underwriting and Insurance Transformation Lead. Currently, Annalynn serves as the Head of Insurance Operations at Cbus Super Fund, a role they assumed in October 2021.

Annalynn O'Sullivan holds a Bachelor of Arts degree with a major in English and Philosophy from Monash University. Annalynn also completed a Diploma of Superannuation from AIST in 2014, and a Diploma of General Insurance from ANZIIF in 2003.
