John Edwards

John Edwards is an experienced financial manager who currently serves as an independent director at Cbus Super Fund. John has over fifteen years of experience in the financial industry, including management positions at National Australia Bank, MLC Finance, and Plum Financial Services.

At Plum, John was responsible for the statutory accounting and regulatory reporting requirements for the Plum Pooled Superannuation Trust, Plum Master Superannuation Trust, and other Plum-administered superannuation funds. John was also responsible for budgeting, forecasting, and expense management for the Trustee company. In addition, John represented Plum on the Corporate and Trustee Boards and Audit & Risk Committee.

John is a Certified Practicing Accountant (CPA) and a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (AICD). John has a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Melbourne and is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors' Company Directors Course (GAICD).

John Edwards completed a Bachelor of Business (Accounting) at Monash University.
