Kirsten Simpson

Kirsten Simpson has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Kirsten began their career at Sunshine Toyota as an Assistant Sales Manager from February 2009 to June 2010. Following this, they joined Toyota Motor Corporation Australia and held several roles, including District Sales Manager from October 2011 to February 2013, Government & Rental Fleet Manager - NSW from February 2013 to July 2014, and National Fleet Business Manager from July 2014 to November 2017. Since 2018, Kirsten has been working at Cbus Super Fund, where they have held positions such as Senior Manager - Employer Services from March 2018 to June 2021, Senior Employer Engagement Manager from July 2021 to present, and currently holds the role of Senior Business Enablement Lead since December 2023. In their role at Cbus Super Fund, they have been responsible for leading the national team of business development managers and focusing on improving retirement outcomes for individuals in the built environment, as well as managing regulatory, market, and cultural changes.

Kirsten Simpson attended Swinburne University of Technology from 2016 to 2017, where they earned a Graduate Certificate of Business Management.
