Bill Smithers

Bill Smithers is the Founder, President, and CEO of CBUSA, a position Bill has held since 2004. Prior to that, Bill served as Division President at Ryland Homes from April 1985 to March 1994. Additionally, Bill is a Partner at University Homes since April 1994. Bill holds a BA in Political Science and English from Hampden-Sydney College, where Bill attended from 1978 to 1982. Prior to that, Bill attended St. Christopher's School from 1967 to 1978.
