Rob Desouza

Rob Desouza has extensive experience in the collections industry, currently serving as a Collector at CBV Collection Services Ltd. since March 2016, following a consolidation with Affinity Global in August 2023. Prior roles include Collector positions at NCO Group, Debt Control Agency Inc., and multiple tenures at Total Credit Recovery Ltd. and Allied International Credit. Rob's career began with self-employment as an investor from August 2010 to January 2014. Educational background includes studies at Seneca Polytechnic from 2006 to 2008, and completion of high school at Pickering College from 1994 to 1996 with the Ontario Secondary School Diploma.
